For instance:
Is the floor level? Does the floor meet uniformity recommendations from the Tile Council of North America (TCNA). If installing directly over concrete, has your tile installer checked the absorption rate of the concrete to ensure a quality bond? Installing tiles over a wood subfloor comes with its own unique challenges that are solved with another set of tools and materials. Given your flooring preference, is the substrate of the proper material and strength? (Who wants a bonding agent to fail because of improper material!)
